I have recently sent an email to a group of addresses in the Bcc field and since then my address has become "Undisclosed Recipients" no matter what I do. I have removed the card from the Contacts.
The solution is fairly simple. Go to your contacts and edit the undisclosed recipients page. Delete first name (undisclosed) and last name (recipients) and replace with your names. Make sure you hit "done" and then quit mail and re-open.
I created an Undisclosed Recipients Contact card, and then deleted it. However, all the incoming email to my iCloud account shows To: Undisclosed Recipient.
I've carefully searched Contacts for Undisclosed Recipient, but nothing turns up. I've also made sure that this term isn't listed in my Previous Recipients list.
I don't know where else to look to get rid of this.

Have you tried adding the card back to Contacts and marking it as your card?
I have. Doesn't help. The "to" or "from" is still "undisclosed recipients". But only on Mac - on pad or phone the same messages have my email address.
